I purchased the Postpartum Recovery Kit and a Stretch Mark Oil. Ordering was straightforward on their website, very easy to navigate. Shipping took about 6 days to reach my address in Texas, which was a little longer than I hoped but still within reason. The packaging was eco-friendly, which I appreciated. The Stretch Mark Oil has a pleasant, mild scent and absorbs well, not leaving a greasy residue. The items in the recovery kit are good quality, especially the Soothing Nipple Cream which has been a lifesaver. Customer support wasn't needed, so I can't comment on that.
